Hello! I’m Kent, a Senior Project Manager based in New Orleans, LA. I’m a proud dad to two hilariously mismatched dogs and a couple dozen plants, live music enthusiast (and occasional participant), and lover of all things outdoorsy. With a focus on technology and project management, I thrive on leading interdisciplinary teams and enhancing workflows. My career has been driven by a passion for innovation and collaboration, and I’m excited to bring these qualities to new opportunities.
My Professional Journey
I have a proven track record of organizing and motivating global teams to communicate and collaborate more effectively. As a Senior Producer at R/GA, I led multi-million dollar projects for top-tier accounts like Verizon, American Express, and Samsung. Despite the challenges of a fully remote work environment, I consistently achieved high client review scores and secured new project contracts. Although my tenure at R/GA ended due to an office merger and subsequent staff reduction, the experience significantly enriched my professional skill set.
In my career I’ve been fortunate enough to lead teams to create products honored at prestigious events like Cannes Lions (Grand Prix for Integrated Campaign), CES (VR Fest Best Animated VR), TEA (Thea Award for Technical Achievement), and the Clio awards (Best Design). Throughout all of these projects and the roles surrounding them, I’ve created and refined workflow processes to integrate the best creative with the newest hardware platforms in the most efficient ways possible. Additionally, I have championed the adoption of new task-tracking tools across several organizations, demonstrating my commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

At R/GA, I led projects for major clients, managing teams of 5 to 20 professionals and overseeing product management, budget tracking, remote team management, project planning, and account management.
Project Manager at YR Store (May 2019 - September 2021)
I managed a global team, focusing on European and Asian markets, reorganized workflows, and introduced Agile management techniques, significantly improving project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Associate Producer / Project Manager at Framestore VR Studio (May 2016 - May 2019)
